At Pandem Rocket Bunny, we stand by the quality of our streetwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all custom Rocket Bunny tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
